Automobile Body Hinge Machining Cell

The cell includes two transfer machines, the first one for milling and deburring pre-cut profile hinges, and the second one for facing, drilling, chamfering, reaming and tapping. The cell processes the parts two by two in order to increase productivity. The loading and unloading of hinges can be done manually or automatically. The line is prepared for rear and front LH & RH models, without changeover.
